I don’t even have to go to the gym, all I do is stretch in various postures every day …

Fitness is not all about lifting weights, running and all those intense work-outs.  A lot of us forget that stretching is very important in the fight to get fit. It relaxes the muscles, helps the lean muscles grow and of course helps you become more flexible. The secret to my flexibility is that I don’t even have to go to the gym, all I do is stretch in various postures every day. I stretch at least twice a day: in the morning and evening before bed. Flexibility is not rocket science – it is something anyone can do if you put in enough effort and of course most importantly have a self-concept.
